By creating an account or using NoviLink you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. By registering you confirm you are legally able to enter into binding agreements under South African law.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure. One person or entity per account — creating multiple accounts to circumvent platform limits is prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.
NoviLink is a marketplace platform connecting transporters, drivers, businesses, and individuals. We do not own trucks, employ drivers, or guarantee the completion of any transaction. We provide the platform and tools — the agreement is between the users.
All listings must be accurate and truthful. Fraudulent listings, fake pricing, or misrepresentation of services will result in immediate account suspension. NoviLink reserves the right to remove any listing without notice.
Subscription fees are billed monthly through Paystack. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date. NoviLink does not process payments between users — all transactions between buyers and sellers happen independently.
Verification requires uploading valid documents to your personal document shelf. Sharing false or expired documents with other users is a violation of these terms. The Verified Badge is a paid feature and does not constitute an endorsement by NoviLink.
NovAI is an AI assistant. Its responses are informational only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. NoviLink is not liable for decisions made based on NovAI output.
Documents shared between users in chat are private between those users only. NoviLink does not review, store, or access documents shared between users. Users are responsible for verifying the authenticity of documents they receive.
Users may not use NoviLink to: commit fraud, harass other users, post illegal content, circumvent platform restrictions, scrape or harvest data, share false documents, or conduct transactions outside the platform to avoid fees.
NoviLink and Novirel Group are not liable for: failed transactions between users, loss of goods in transit, disputes between parties, authenticity of user-shared documents, or any indirect damages arising from platform use.
NoviLink reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms without prior notice or refund.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
